WE ATHENA - 4 WEEKS | BUILD LEAN MUSCLE & SHRED
This program has been designed to focus more on the building of muscle & less cardio than 'We Athena Part 1'.
You will get a let a mix of low rep & heavier weight work, plus lighter weight & higher rep work. The cardio is mostly interval training, but I do add some steadier state cardio that is never longer than 10 minutes straight.
This is a good mix up so you should never feel bored or too exhausted to train again the following day.
If you allow 1 hour per session, except the leg day where you will need a little extra time (15-20 mins), that will be more than enough time to complete the program.
This is a 4 week, 5 days per week program.

WE ATHENA - PART 1. 6 WEEKS TO 'BUILD SIZE, STRENGTH & GAIN ENDURANCE'
We Athena has been designed to build the lower body & core which will in return increase your lower body strength while simultaneously leaning out and shaping the upper body.
The program is majority lower body focus with some upper body days. Cardio has been implemented into the gym days and there is also running components in the programming which is designed to be completed outside or on a track if possible.
This program does not require any machine weights, just free weights and functional training equipment. So it can be completed at a regular gym, a functional training gym or a well equipped garage gym.
This program will allow you to shred body fat, gain muscle & increase your overall fitness & muscular endurance.

BACKYARD SHRED
This is a 5 day a week training program that runs for 4 weeks.
You will need a small amount of equipment;
- Skipping rope
- Dumbbells (adjustable or a few different weights)
- Kettlebell
This is designed for those who don't have a gym membership, don't have time to get to the gym or mums who have their hands full & prefer to train in the comfort of their own home.
Each day you will focus on a few major muscle groups so that you train your whole body over the week.
