Online Programming - ‘Gladiator Fit & Gladiator Elite’

Gladiator Fit is a program designed for those who are wanting to carefully & safely increase their strength, fitness and stamina while losing body fat and gaining lean muscle to achieve an athletic physique. This program includes functional training, endurance and body building while avoiding high skill gymnastics & complicated Olympic lifting which is best performed in front of a coach in person.

This program has been designed for everyone of all ages, whether you are new to the fitness scene or an original gangster that has been training for a while but is maybe a little injured,  plateaued or is in need of some structure to gain some motivation again. 

I have tried my best to keep these sessions as close to 60 minutes as possible (not including the warm up) to accommodate those with a busy lifestyle. They are designed to get in, go hard, get it done and then you have a full day to recover just as hard so you can push it again the following day. 

Gladiator Elite is designed for those wanting to get better at CrossFit. It has everything Gladiator Fit has plus the Olympic Lifts, gymnastics and high skill movements. The sessions are longer due to the fact that it’s more complicated and there are more movements to cover. Each session is is 90-120 minutes and there are 5-6 sessions per week.

Personalised Macronutrient Plan

When you focus on macros, you don’t have to cut out any specific foods! You can eat things you like that would be off-limits on other diets, and by fitting the macros of those foods into your daily budget, you can do things like enjoy a donut at the office and still see progress!

So how does all of this work? I’ll give you a budget of macros to spend each day & you’ll get to pick the foods you’d like to spend them on. You’ll enter each food you eat into the My FitnessPal, along with its serving size. The tracker will calculate how many of each type of macronutrient is in the food and subtract these from the total number in your daily budget, showing you how many of each type of macro you have left to spend.

The goal is to get within the target range for each macro—you don’t have to be perfect, just aim to get within 10% for each macronutrient and you’ll see progress!

I will give you your target calories with a macronutrient breakdown & a complimentary supplement plan to help you reach your goals!
